How long does a Marathon ram cylinder typically last?

Typically 50,000-75,000 cycles in standard commercial service. Heavy-duty industrial use (food-service receiver containers, multi-shift manufacturing) can shorten that to 25,000 cycles.

Can I get a rebuild kit for a Marathon cylinder instead of a complete replacement?

Yes. PRT stocks complete rebuild kits with piston seal, rod seal, wiper seal, and O-rings. Rebuild only if the cylinder rod chrome and bore are in good shape — otherwise the new seals fail quickly.
