Power unit accessories cover everything that bolts onto, plugs into, or replaces a component within an existing power unit. Most operators don't need to replace the whole power unit when something fails — they need a specific accessory or function added or swapped. This page is where those parts live.

Common requests: longer pendant cables (when the standard 15-foot pendant won't reach the operator station), valve add-ons (when an existing power unit needs a second cylinder function), control-board upgrades (when an old relay-logic compactor needs PLC controls), and specialty fittings or hoses.

How to choose

Identify the function or accessory by the existing power unit make/model and the specific component you're replacing or adding. PRT customer service can confirm compatibility before you order.

If you're not sure whether your existing power unit can be upgraded with a specific accessory, send PRT the power unit's data plate info and a description of what you want to do. We'll confirm whether it's a bolt-on accessory, a controls-modification job, or a full power unit replacement.
